Acceptable Use Policy
Effective May 18, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You must not use ReplyBird to:
Send unwanted or deceptive email
- Send unsolicited commercial email, cold-outbound campaigns to purchased lists, or any email that violates anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.).
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your identity, including by spoofing headers.
- Send deceptive, fraudulent, or phishing content. Auto-replies must clearly originate from you and not falsely claim identities, certifications, or capabilities.
Harm others
- Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or send abusive content.
- Send content that exploits minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, or promotes self-harm.
- Send content that incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination.
Break the law
- Conduct or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, drug distribution, illegal arms trafficking, or evasion of sanctions.
- Send unsolicited offers for regulated products you are not licensed to sell (securities, prescription drugs, etc.).
- Infringe intellectual property, including by sending content you do not have rights to use.
Abuse the Service
- Attempt to bypass safety rails (confidence threshold, rate limit, loop guard, human-replied guard) by gaming configuration, faking signals, or other workarounds.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or train competing AI models on prompts, completions, or any other output of the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent, except in good-faith security research disclosed responsibly to security@replybird.app.
- Send extremely high volumes of email that would constitute bulk sending or mailing-list operation (the Service is built for one-to-one correspondence at a human-realistic rate).
Reporting abuse
If you believe a ReplyBird user is violating this Policy, please report it to abuse@replybird.app with as much detail as you can share.
